Here are some more pictures from
Taipei after Wulai but before I left for the Taroko gorge.
I went to a flower market and they had orchids for sale for 3 dollars.
I then went to a park and checked it out and took pictures of Taiwanese
kids.
The next day I watched Sherry's boyfriend, Steven, play some baseball.
Here he is pretending to be Ichiro.
After the game I rode on my first Taiwanese scooter. It was indescribable,
so I won't.

After the game Steven's parents made us some yummy food. This was after we
had our fill.
Every 7-11 has a pot of these boiling eggs that have been boiling for
days. They repulsed me everytime I saw a pot, but by the end of the trip I
ate one and it was pretty good.
The night after the baseball game we hiked up a mountain on the edge of
Taipei. At the top I found a praying mantis.
We had some nice views of nightime Taipei.
