March 28th, 2003 Coldplay was scheduled to play in Strasbourg, France. Heather came all the way from Rennes, I came all the way from Munich, and Heather's best friend from high school, Megan, came all the way from Heidelberg. We spent the day enjoying the town in anticipation of an amazing show that evening. Bad luck would have it that Chris Martin, the lead singer, had a throat virus and when we arrived at the venue we learned the show was canceled. We were in shock, we felt as though we were robbed. Here are a few pictures from our day in Strasbourg, but no pictures of Coldplay.
